Offer

Watching, acting, exploring, creating

The “Starke Stücke” workshop program offers adolescents a direct encounter with theater by combining watching with acting. The practical analysis of aesthetic quality and how young people experience artistic processes themselves opens up a valuable range of experiences.

In workshops for specific plays children and youngsters engage with each other and discover theater in a playful way. They explore, discover, ask questions and find their own answers. Incorporating various artistic forms from dance, theater, performance, music or the visual arts is a key aspect.

Moreover, all-year round school classes and groups of children are involved in the “Starke Stücke” workshop program in an artistic capacity: in festival projects, as expert work groups, theater scouts or offerings for partner schools.

We offer theater education courses for school and kindergarten teachers on different topics. In practical workshops we present games, practical ideas and methods that can be used in schools or kindergartens.
