Junior Crew
The Junior Crew is a project aimed at children and young people who would like to experience theatre beyond performing it themselves. They are actively involved in the "Starke Stücke" festival: as visitors or critics of the performances, as designers of the official festival opening or as hosts in one of the "Starke Stücke" partner theatres. As ambassadors on the road across the region or as influencers on their own Instagram account: It's all about getting involved!
The project exists since 2014. It has developed steadily since its beginnings. The following pages provide an overview of the project and documentation of our activities and experiences over the past few years, as well as offering practical tips for those who wish to start similar projects.
