Talk: Theatre for healing
An informal discussion about the relevance of theatre for mental health with Teatro Telaio from Brescia (Italy)
It is about the installation ARCIPELAGO, which invites children on a journey into their own thoughts and dreams and enables a very personal access to theatre and inner worlds.
During the discussion at 6:30 p.m., we will ask Teatro Telaio about the genesis of Arcipelago and the ideas and concerns central to the process. Sandra Anklam will add her expertise and and inspiration as a systemic theatre mediator. We will talk about productive connections between artistic practice, cultural education and therapeutic concepts in theatre for young audiences.
There will be an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the installation beforehand. We offer the opportunity to attend one of the performances and observe the 45-minute event from the outside as a co-audience. Access for adult observers is limited. Please register via this Jotform-Link.
